高压蒸养是目前水泥杆最常用的一种快速养护方法，它加快了水泥的硬化速度，提高了钢模的周转率，缩短了生产周期。
Pressure steam curing is the most commonly used fast curing method for cement poles. It accelerates the hardening speed of cement, improves the turnover rate of steel mould and shortens the production cycle.
目前水泥杆的蒸养方式不外乎有以下几种:电杆模内通蒸汽、坑式或者窖式的蒸养。内通蒸汽虽然节省了投资，操作起来方便，但是由于其存在着的蒸养效果不明显，蒸养时间不容易被控制，刚模的周转率特别低，能耗大等缺点。目前已经被逐步淘汰。目前我厂采用的是坑式和窖式的养护工艺，原因是这两种工艺密封性好，蒸汽热量损失定州苗木 保定通风管道 丝网立柱模具 尼龙输送带 保定防水 保定空压机 高碑店养老少、能耗少、蒸养时间短，提高了钢模的周转速度。
At present, the steaming and curing methods of cement poles are as follows: steam through the pole mould, pit-type or pit-type steaming and curing. Although it saves investment and is easy to operate, it has some shortcomings, such as low steaming effect, difficult to control steaming time, low turnover rate of rigid die and high energy consumption. It has been phased out. At present, pit-type and pit-type maintenance processes are adopted in our factory. The reason is that these two processes have good sealing, less steam heat loss, less energy consumption and shorter steaming and curing time, thus improving the turnover speed of steel mould
