1、普通电杆骨架制作：钢筋经过调直除锈、冷拉强化，按照长度下料，用外螺旋筋缠绕绑扎骨架成型。每个焊接钢筋笼要逐一检验，预应力要严格控制张拉力度。

2、混凝土制备：普通电杆的混凝土设计强度等级为C50级，按照检验规程的要求，制作试块，测定脱模强度和28天强度。

3、电杆成型

3.1每次脱模后，制杆人员按照操作规程的要求，清除模板上的粘附物，并涂刷隔离剂。

3.2电杆采用离心成型工艺。离心成型后，排除电杆内余浆，保持电杆内壁光滑。

3.3成型后的电杆采用蒸汽养护，所采取的蒸汽养护制度经试验，全过程监测并记录养护全过程的温度控制情况。

3.4张拉力控制为钢丝标准强度的75%。
